These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ColdFront Studio's missed-call text-back service, operated by Krish Nayak. By calling or texting a phone number operated by ColdFront Studio, you agree to these terms.

Our service

ColdFront Studio provides automated missed-call recovery: when a call to a ColdFront Studio or client phone number goes unanswered, the caller receives a follow-up text message, which may be continued by an AI assistant to gather basic information and connect the caller with the right business.

SMS Terms

• By calling one of our numbers, you consent to receive one or more text messages in reply.
• Message frequency varies based on the conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance or support.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose, to send harassing or abusive messages, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the underlying messaging and voice infrastructure.

No warranty

This service is provided "as is." ColdFront Studio makes no guarantee that calls or text replies will always be delivered, timely, or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
